Exterior Pest Control: Quarterly treatment in January, April, July and October treating all 85 homes and the clubhouse.

What do they do: Exterior inspection and control of roaches, ants, and occasional invaders Treat any fire ants within 20 feet from the exterior of the structures Wasp control on any wasp nests within 15 feet from the ground. Technicians will remove any wasp nests within reach.
