What to do if you are planning any exterior improvements?

You will need to fill out an Architectural Review Application through the One Source Portal. (Link Below) You will need to sign into your account.  Click on the Architectural Review's tab on the left to begin the process. Please note you will need to submit: An ARC Application, Indemnification Letter, Plat of Survey, a copy of any plans for your project, and include description of dimensions, materials and colors being used.  The more information you provide the quicker you application will be approved.

How do I book an event?

 Go to the Event Page link, click on the appropriate Calendar to see if your date and time are  available. If your date is available, exit the calendar and click on the Contact Page to submit your  request. You will receive a confirmation and your event will be added to the calendar.

What if I need to cancel a booked event?

 If you need to cancel an event, please use the Contact Page to advise of your cancellation.

What if I notice a community issue?

What are my responsibilities during and after my event?

General Rules for use of the Banquet Hall for Events:

Decorations may be attached to the walls temporarily using ONLY BLUE PAINTER’s TAPE, use of anything else is prohibited. No use of glitter, confetti or other small materials is allowed.

NO OPEN FLAMES or Incense is allowed. (Except for Sterno under chafing dishes).

All trash needs to be bagged before being put into the outdoor trash cans and indoor trash cans need to be re-bagged. If you have more trash than can fit into the banquet hall’s outdoor trash cans, please take any excess to your personal trash cans.

Clean plasticware, water bottles and paper should be placed into the recycle trash can without bagging.

Pick up trash off the floor, tables, countertops, etc.

Clean any spills on floors and tables and wipe clean.

Tables are NOT to be moved but chairs may be moved as needed. However, please put them back where they were when you finish.

Vacuum the hall after use.

Remove all personal belongings after the event for the building.

Kitchen cleanup must include all areas used including clearing the refrigerators, cleaning countertops and sinks.

Members who employ outside caterers for kitchen use must provide proof of liability insurance including workmen’s compensation insurance and comply with all state and federal regulations.

Alcohol that you bring is allowed. (BYOB)
